She works with me and we had never met, and i was picking something up that was pretty light (I am a very muscular guy) and another girl goes "you ok there wolverine?"

So the hot one jokes: "he needs help (laughs)", I said she needs to grab one side, she laughs, ect......

Then I ask her name, and she playfully blocks her name tag and says "I don't have one" and I said "ok no name, I was going to report you to the manager for not helping" and kept calling her no name the whole night, to which she laughed quite a bit at.

Was she being flirtatious by not telling me her name?

The answer to your question is yes. If she still continued conversation after not helping you lift something, and giggled while you called her 'no name', then OF COURSE she's teasing you or trying to flirt.

If she wasn't giggling and quickly departed after she said "I don't have one," then she obviously thought you were creepy or not in her league.

I would keep the 'no name' joke going, except change it up a bit. Don't just call her 'no name', but think of jokes that would work around it. For example, if she loses something or drops something, say "I would've returned this to you but I didn't know who they belonged to. Apparently someone's mother decided to leave their daughter's birth certificate blank..." Be playful. She will eventually tell it to you.

I did, but it will be awhile (like 6 days or whatever) until i see her again...should I call her NoName again when I see her or just walk up and say hi, with her remembering me regardless?

Definitely stick with the character who she remembered you as. But I wouldn't approach her with the 'no name' label. Slowly segue into it and use it when the time's right. This will make her remember not only the time you called her this, but it'll make her feel the same way and have the same attitude. Put NLP into work
