She says adorable shit like that, are these shit tests?

almost everything that females do can be considered a shit test, if viewed from a particular lens.

yes, it's a shit test in the sense that she is doing it to elicit a certain reaction from you.

no, it's not a shit test in the sense that she isn't doing it to make you qualify yourself before "getting the girl" as you already "have the girl".

the point is this, women communicate differently than men. accept this. men speak clearly and we mean what we say. and we mean ONLY what we say. nothing more, nothing less. no hidden meanings...

females do NOT communicate this way. for females, everything is emotion-based and passive (sometimes, passive-aggressive).

females subcommunicate.

basically, everything a female communicates, to properly understand, you must ask yourself "what emotion is behind this statement"

So how would you reply to those kind of statements/questions?

Would reassure to her that you wouldn't leave her to gain trust and comfort or would you just leave it a mystery and joke about it without actually giving her an answer?

I asked her why would I leave her as if there's a reason for me to leave and I'm supposed to leave her

you actually need to be really careful how you handle these sorts of statements from your girl. because it sets the whole tone going forward.

without meaning to, you may actually begin to qualify yourself to her in a very beta way:

- "oh baby, i love you, i would never leave you"
- "honey, you've got nothing to worry about, i love you soooo much"
- "i would never leave you, you are my soul mate, forever and ever and ever..."

conversely, you can come off as a callous dickhead by turning everything into a joke... (i'm sure you can imagine some examples here)

females are insecure creatures by nature. so they will seek two things, without even being aware of it...

1 - to make sure you are strong and confident, unshakeable, not supplicating

and

2 - to make sure you are a man of your word, trustworthy, will not trash her heart

The 2nd... If in person, just smile and hug/kiss her. If on the phone (laugh) and playful tell her to shut up

I've read the "On Dominance" threat..I understand everything but that thread doesn't really help me with taking care of situations like this because you can come up with all types of answers but it's hard to tell which one's the right one for you. Balancing the answer is hard like so you won't come off as needy but you'll also come off as trustworthy and she'll know you're going to stick around, etc.


If I asked her the same question "would you break mine" isn't that being insecure? lol
