I am going slightly off track but this is what I have read, researched and found, I dont know how much I am correct though -
Beta confidence is derived out of cars, looks, girl's IOI, bankbalance, pick up lines, past experiences.
Alpha confidence is derived out of nothing but self belief, you just believe you can do it. There is spontaniety in your actions.
Girls dig this alpha confidence in a man, some of the PUA here might have experinced this, how can one develop thi salpha confidence.

Hey man.

Things that worked for me: direct game, radical honesty.

Crossing your limits defined by fear or beliefs. Every fear conquered was a boost to my confidence. Every believe that was altered for the better, another step.
