aight. so i met this chick 2 weeks ago. we've been texting since (i usually like to call to set up a date but she said "text me"). i asked her to chill last sat, but she was busy. we've been exchanging a few texts a day. i will be around her work in the morning. I want to ask her if she can grab coffee for lunch, or hang out thurs. Should i say something like "i want to see those pretty eyes" or is that a bad idea.

thanks for the input

Your first problem was listening when she told you to text instead of calling her. If you prefer speaking on the phone rather than typing than do it. You just gave up power to her. Your second problem is texting with her a few times a day...get scarce and let her come to you. Your approach at least on here to "asking" her out is a little to timid get bold and go for it. Don't say hey if your not busy I will be in your area this day at this time to do this or that. If you can't close out a coffee date how could you ever f close her. If I was you at this point I wouldn't even ask her out, pull back a little, add a challenge to the equation, and go out with her on your own terms.
