Location: Finland | | So I am having a tough time with this, I read the mystery method book and I would be willing to start learning this stuff, but I don`t live in a english speaking country... AND the canned material is somewhat essential, I can`t go all natural cause i would just freeze up. Should I make up my own routines or what the hell?

you are going to have to make your own, and share it with others if you want canned material.
go out there, be a trail blazer, follow the spirit of the canned material, not the material itself.
your going to have to go on your own for this unless you can find a MPUA who is naive to your language
