Wayyyyy to many guys have this problem too. And that's something we need to work to remedy. Sure, an AFC is naturally gonna be jealous and insecure and envyous (sp?), which is natural because he's got some growing to do. Even the guy that comes across majorly macho is at the core just like the AFC that would run away scared, he just overcompensates instead of dissappearing.
In our individual growth process, we need to make sure we don't get caught up in this kind of stuff. If you can genuinely get a woman to feel attraction toward you, then she will regardless of what some asshole is trying to do to blow you out. You just don't let him affect your game with the girls.

Now, on the other hand if someone disrespects you or your lady feel free to school him. Just remember, better to outsmart your competition than it is to out muscle, or out asshole them.
Especially since fighting a bar full of bouncers, drunks, or getting tased by the cops, etc.. isn't being an alpha male. It's just stupid and largely unnecessary.
Women worth gaming appreciate the difference. And if they don't, exercise your right of qualification, pre-selection, etc.. and find a better and more mature target.
Women usually have very poor judgement skills when it comes to trouble. Then act like Vanna White when nobody gets a letter, after the fact.
I think some chicks enjoy it. Hell of an ego boost to have a couple of clowns rolling around on the ground, or worse over you.
Only she knows that both are virtually disqualifying themselves in the process.
