Greetings gents,

I'm finally stepping off the fence and jumping in to the pasture. I've read several posts from this forum over the last several weeks, and feel it's time to become part of the community.

Why?

Well, I'm not getting any younger! Those dreams of getting a better handle on women should start happening sooner, rather than later. I'm in my late 30s at this point!

A bit of background on me. I've had several romances over the last several years, I've been married, I've had long-term girlfriends, etc. But, I've always really wanted the experience of just having a pool to date from for a bit, to get to shop around a little more, rather than settle for what comes along. In essence, I'd like to take the Smokey Robinson approach… Shop around.

I've been trying the online dating thing, that hasn't really been cutting it. I have scored some phone numbers this week, but seem to have difficulty actually getting the dates, once I have the numbers.

Eh, there's a whole bag of things. At any rate, I'm glad a community exists, and really hope to learn from you guys. If I have anything to offer as well, believe me, I will.

As your someone around my age I promise you the online dating thing will work out very well for you once you know what you are doing. 90% of guys online don't know how to attract woman online.

As far as other game: daygame, nightgame, social circle game. Those are all additional/supplemental ways to get woman in your life. Don't shut off any option just because it hasn't worked for you in the past.

I tried reading some guides for online dating that were posted on this forum. I still think I might need some tailoring on them.

If you have any preferred reading material, I'd love to be enlightened further. And, I'll admit, I'm really of the 90% that don't. My night game has been fair, day game sucks and online is dismal. But, it is not going to stay that way… I can assure you of that.

I have had a lot more issues with night game at my age but ive had good luck in mixed venues. I usually don't have a wingman so if you can get a good wingman you will be golden, but that's had to find.

For daygame you need to go fairly direct, I tried indirect daygame and it ended up being a waste of time.

low risk direct is pretty easy

this one is failproof if delivered with confidence and a smile

"well you look like the most interesting/cute girl in here so I thought I would talk to you"

or more direct

"you are absolutely adorable, what are you doing?"

you can stack material from there as needed but what I have found is that if you start with an indirect innocuous opener you can talk away and get smiles but she will be wondering "why the f&*k is this guy talking to me" so ive come over to the dark/direct side. High front end risk of rejection but if you hook, ur gold, as opposed to little up front risk followed by backend disappointment.
