I'm 5'5", and Asian. I seem to be having problems getting over my stature.

The Game by Neil Strauss helped a lot with this, since he's 5'5" and he's white. Which is a much harder game to play. And he was #1 PUA for a 2 yrs in a row.

In terms of game, I have more game than all my friends. I can approach, I'm able to have fluid conversations, and I have the most F-closes.

My closest Asian friends are all in the range of 5'10" - 5'11". I know it's uncommon for Asian guys to be of this height. I don't know how I ended up with such tall friends. I don't hate on them for being tall.

The Asian guys that I know that are about my height get no girls at all, or come off desperate.

Either way, has anyone developed anyway to help get over being short? or anything to help the insecurity.

Thank you.

Sounds like you are 3/4 of the way there already.. Nobody can control how tall they are, and plenty of short guys get lots of girls (Neil for example). If you have solid game, then its not really going to matter unless you meet a real shallow girl.

Do you work out? Get jacked.. that should help your insecurities about your body image. Keeping yourself well groomed, well dressed, and in good shape are WAY more important than your height (and you can control these things, so focus on them instead)

As guruman said you seem to be basically there. You can work on becoming more comfortable with your body/height. Besides that you can "walk: tall. By that you walk with confidence and what have you tho it seems you got that down pat. And you don't need to get all jacked.

stop comparing yourself to your friends. Be yourself.

Stop worrying about height. The mod on this site Chief is damn short. But hes got game man. Take a leaf from him.

Look mate. You arent gonna grow in height. Get over it.

What you can grow in though, is confidence and inner game. Focus on that

I don't understand your question considering your experience.

I guess if we can find the bald guy, stuttering guy, birthmark guy, or the ugly guy thread you will have your answer.

There's people living with missing limbs, unable to walk, disfiguring conditions, blind and thousands of problems worse than being off the average height mark by 2 inches. Stop bitchin

I think by the last line in my post, it implies that i am insecure.

Stop comparing myself? you don't compare yourself to anyone? ever? I doubt that.

what you said, I already know. Your reply gives me no new information.

Elevator shoes?

High Heels?

Stilts?

those should get you over being short. (not a serious answer)

also stilts are super cool learn to walk in them. go to park and walk around, start conversations with hot girls, then shout down "i can't hear you all the way down there you should put your number on this phone." then call them and resume the conversation like it was completely normal face to face
Pro tip: get a head set.

You shouldn't compare yourself to others, you are saying they are better than you and you arn't capable of what they are. We all have the most powerful thing in creation called a "brain" (this isn't sarcastic btw) and it is capable of anything. Electricity, space flight, gaming girls; and when you compare yourself your thinking that even though you have the same power others do, they are better than you and you are incapable.
What's the worst that can happen when someone sees your height? Girls arn't going to look at you and say "look at that asian, HES NORMAL HEIGHT!!!" Be glad you arn't one of your 5'11 friends, or just 5'; I know plenty of people that have SURGERY so they could be your height range. Don't change yourself, change your mind.

I'm 5'8.5 ish, and have dated women 5'0 to 5'9. And let me tell you, it didnt matter. My girlfriend says 6ft plus is hot, but that is when you isolate the attribute of height. She thinks im the hottest guy on the planet when we have sex, let me tell you!

Its funny how women use height as the whole security thing, when us guys watch mixed martial arts and know that stocky guys are better at many aspects of a real fight. When I dated this women, it wouldnt have mattered if i was shorter.

this helped me a lot, thanks PUA brotha

You're right. I am about average height for Asian dude. I feel that many asian girls have unrealistic standards for height set by naturally taller black/white dudes. But many asian girls are still fine with my height
