Surprisingly she answered within 2 rings. I negged her a little, fluffed a little, Performed the cube over the phone, she was astounded. I said to her "look I have to be up early tomorrow but I'd like to continue this, hows about we do something tomorrow night, but only for about an hour because I have things to do"
She replied " okay, lets do it then, around 9 o'clock?" which then I replied " yeah that should be fine, I'll double check first. *paused for a few seconds* yeah should be alright"
she then wouldn't hang up until I made it clear that I was going to, so I did and now it seems sorted. Now I just perform my routine and all should be sweet.
Thanks for the suggestion of ringing her and letting her know I am the man.

Ok so do you know routines and canned lines etc. are considered the training wheels in conversation, for those who dont know how hold a normal conversation?
I dont know if you should really be using them. Do you think you still need training wheels to talk to a girl?
The more you used canned shit the more you will gain confidence in the MATERIAL you are using, but you wont be gaining confidence in YOURSELF.
Its a slippery slope. And I hate seeing newcomers who read the stupid book called
the game taking this approach. You will sound like a stupid robot, and its fake. You are not being yourself. You are not experiencing the moment and engaging in the interaction because you are just thinking of the next line to recite. And the list could go on...
Use your own initiative in conversation. gain confidence in YOURSELF from putting YOU out there. Talk about intersting things you can relate to. get some emotionally driven discussions going, get flirty, get talking sexy..... but not with these stupid routines. lay back on the negs - using them so often says to me that youre insecure that shes better than you.
Drop the canned stuff and you will improve as you go. Stick with the canned stuff and yes you might get results because of them, but you wont improve yourself.
Anyway you will realize this eventually yourself even if you dont take my advice now. Im just trying to help you nip it in the bud before it becomes a problem.
