Hi Guys,

My name is Modro and I have decided to start a journal, I haven't been taking any major action for a while now and I really need to get involved in improving areas of my life. These include things like fitness, finances, socialising and of course seduction.

Basically I plan to set myself goals each week (Monday-Sunday) and try to complete them. The first week is one day short (It is Tuesday as I start this) but using this week to get into the habit of updating and start off with some easy goals to get started and slowly build up.

Basic information about me:

I am in my mid twenties, from the UK and live in my own place. I actually found the seduction community about 5 years ago, and been trying on and off since then to be good attracting women. I have slept with 7 women, 5 of which were gf's, 1 was someone I was seeing for about 3 months and a 1 night stand.

The main problem is I don't really approach alot, when I do it's on nights out when I'm drunk and recently I have barely been going out due to lack of free money and friends being a bit lame. This leads me to barely any contact with women for large periods of time, confidence falls and i'm not in the flow and it becomes a massive deal. Then when a woman does show any interest I tend to feel like I have no other options and can become needy quick.

So theres a basic run down, more details as I move forward...

This is a good start. You seem like you have been trying alot. you haven't been doing. If you want consistant results. You need to start doing. The journal is a good step. Now there are a few other things to do but lets get this journal started first. We will talk about the rest later.

I have been away from my flat for 2 days straight so haven't had chance to update.

Day 1:

Day one, I obviously started the Journal, I felt very positive starting the focus on myself and moving forward. In the evening I read through the start of a journal on here (The Journal of a F@*#ing Italian)

I found the following quotes to resemble my situation on how i feel:
Quote:
I don't really know where my insecurity comes from but I do lack of confidence. I don't believe in myself as much as I should.
Quote:
I feel a lot of approach anxiety when I see a girl I want to talk to. It is hard to go there and actually speak.
I find I get massive dips in confidence, so much so I don't get involved sometimes and go very quiet, I never seem to get into genuine conversation, with anyone and thats something I need to work on. I have great humour and I literally just try and be funny and non serious at all times which I guess doesnt help generate rapport and comfort or good relationships with people.

Day 2:

I went round a friends we had beer and watched sports, I stayed over and then went to work the next day so didn't get to do anything self improvement related.

Cheers for the support so far Maven, it's nice to know people are out there to make it easier for you to help yourself :)

Day 3:

Had my work Xmas party straight after work, it was ok but felt like going home as I just wasn't into the night.

Day 4:

Today I decided to invest, I brought a new PC (mine is on it's last legs) It means I can update this... currently it take about 10 minutes to start up and freezes; I also brought a couple of new coats to keep me looking good over winter.

In the evening I had a chill out and put together 1 of 2 gym routines I plan on starting.

Day 5:

I play for 2 football teams, so my weekends are busy playing for them. Had a good game today. I am hoping getting back to the gym will also improve my work rate and power.

In the evening I read a few field reports, Its weird I can really see what other people are doing wrong, yet find it difficult when I am in the situation myself.

Day 6:

Final day of the first week, I had another game of football in the morning. In the afternoon I sat down with a pen and paper to complete 'what i want to achieve' and 'my good points'

I came up with the following:

What I want to achieve:
  • Improve my inner game
    re learn attraction techniques
Be able to open and attract girls
Improve conversation and rapport building skills
Expand my social circle and meet up with friends and eventually ladies more frequently
Keep my flat and car tidy and organised
Continue to invest in nice items of clothing for different occasions
    get back to the gym
    improve diet
refine my finances - lower bills, wasted money and invest in social and improvment
    continue with learning guitar
My Good points:
  • Funny
nice clothes (been investing the last 5 months)
    have hobbies (sports, movies,guitar,cooking)
    I have good date ideas
not afraid to ask for a number
    nice friends
If a relationship is over I can walk away (dont keep texting or begging)
    good with money
have my own place (Live on my own no one in the way)

Week 2 day 1:

So today was productive, someone I spoke to at the Xmas party made me something and brought it in today. I was half joking with her but she did it and I don't really know her at all. She is an HB8 so worst case I can practice on her a bit.

After work I put on some washing straight away, I estimate I am about 2 loads from being fully upto date with that.

I decided to then go and do another task and get prepared for company, basically maybe on a night out invite someone back to mine, have a range of drinks for them. Shows that your prepared expecting sucess and keeps things flowing. This also ties in with keeping the place clean and tidy.

I got some wine, cider and cans of mixed spirit and shorts. When I went to pay I did my usual

"Hi you alright?"

I felt good had my new coat on which i really like and was doing something positive for me. She was about 16-17 and I just felt like to liked what she saw and wanted to engage me.

"I'm good cant wait to go home" - HB

"Oh Right, what time do you finish?" - me

"8:30, I'm freezing now and I have to walk home in the cold" - HB

"Madness, How far do you have to go?" - me

"I live over there (points) about 10 minutes walk" - HB

"Can't you get a lift from someone?" - Me

"My dad is working so can't pick me up, he's my taxi and it's free *smiles* - HB

At this points she tells me how much my items were and i start keying in my pin, I then say bye and walked out, she was too young for me but that was a conversation with a stranger straight away and got items for one of my tasks this week.

I also read a few field reports (they motivate me and makes the thought of an approach easier) one mentioned 60 years of challange so I plan to check that out for my material to study as well as Gamblers Stealth seduction.

Just before bed I am going to listen to about 20 minutes of E. Tolle I have downloaded.

Week 2 day 2:

Not much done, did some washing up and finished the first of 4 audio files from e.tolle.

Day 3:

Didnt like the fact i didnt do a great deal yesterday, so as soon as i got home, put another load of washing on and sorted through clothes and made a bin bag full to put in the charity clothes bin.

I then went through my bank and listed all my out goings, i then marked which ones I could potentially lower through bartering/price comparrison. I also listed all the bigger amounts for the next few month to make sure i keep them in mind.

I am also going to look at getting a second job perhaps bar work to give me a little extra and increase social situations, might have a look at the weekend.

Just going to finish off the washing up before chilling out and thinking about next weeks tasks i am going to set.

Week 2 Day 4:

So during the day I try and organise a social event with a few friends for the next day, most already have plans but I get invited round for dinner that night instead.

I clean the kitchen tops and shower and put away all washing up.

I notice I am getting alot of compliments, today I got 2 women saying the colour of my t shirt looks good on me and I should wear it more often, a guy said he liked my coat.

I also went to the gym today, it's been updated since I last went a bit more room and more equipment, I went for 40 mins to get back into it but also had an hour of football training too.

Before bed started to listen to E.Tolle again I find that it chills me out and is great for inner game. You realise certain things don't mater and how much you have inner dialogue which brings you down.

I also got someone to start to organise a night out for a few weeks time.

Week 2

Day 6:

Went to watch some football with a friend, then in the evening a few mates went to watch the Spainish football. Pretty busy nice to hang out with the guys.

Day 7:

I literally didn't have a minute to myself, played football in the morning, I had a Xmas gathering with neighbours, I don't know these guys very well but we do things occasionally. One of the guys took my number so I am hoping to do some more social things with them, A couple of suggestions were made.

Before bed I finished off the 2nd of 4 audio files from the power of now. (E. Tolle)

- Start to listen to practising Power of now - E. Tolle (help inner game) - DONE

So this week was positive, but there were a couple of tasks I just didn't manage to get round too or finish. These will be first on my list to complete next week. Luckily I finally have a few more social nights planned for the rest of December so should be more entertaining.
