When I did Communication Studies at A-Level a few years back, my teacher used to say that females are attracted to your natural smell. Also apparently you give off a 'confident alpha' smell soon after sex, which is naturally attractive to females. Food for thought?

Ive learned that colognes are as good as an icebreaker or a really good first impression.

In my case (financially and laziness) id rather stick with saying ice breakers since they cost 0 bucks. I use nice smelling deodorant but thats about it.

This is just me but i believe, its better when women can barely smell it and somehow they could still trace your natural scent not being covered up by cologne. Because beleive it or not, women mostly get those tingly mushy memories of you through smell. Thats why they like stealing shirts and jackets from dudes like us.

Well I don't think all women hate cologne but its all about taste when it comes down to the question cologne or no cologne. However, if you decide to use cologne then some colognes are more attractive than others...

Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue - I have recieved tons of compliments on this by randoms! Good for club.

Acgua Di Gio - It's old school but my all time favourite. Girl's seem to like it alot.
