You can build it over the phone, sure, but it's a lot easier in real life.

Also on the phone, you're not going to be able to build THAT much, and you have a high risk of stuffing things up.

Call her for what exactly? Building rapport via phone isn't done by hitting her up for no specific reason and chit chatting, unless you have realllllly good game I guess.

First off, a PUA is too busy to talk aimlessly on the phone to a woman (who isn't his gf). If your calling to ask her on a date it is good to have a conversation first and run game before getting down to logistics, but you should be driving the conversation mainly towards asking her out.

Second, talking on the phone increases your odds of "fluffing up" tenfold.. People communicate in ways other than speaking simultaniously (predominantly vocal dynamics, which are hindered on the phone, and body language which is nonexistant). This stuff is important in talking to women and gaming them.. Why put yourself at a disadvantage man?
