Yup I'm a n00b to this game. I never try and pick up girls because I'm afraid of rejection big time. but with that said I've been in love and not a virgin etc....My guy friends think I have major potential, not to sound arrogant but my style is off the meter, I rock a greasy mullet and dress like I'm a a celebrity, every day is fashion week. SO I get numerous complements from girls (and guys haha) but I don't pursue anything further...I think its cause I'm dead skinny and I think girls don't find that attractive.

Anyway, there is this good looking girl at work who I'm trying holla at. ...we've had a few brief conversations but nothing major. Since its xmas time my office was putting up xmas decorations today, she was making a stocking...I rocked up and tried an opener(not really) i Just said "yo are they paying you to paint(she was painting her stocking) or to work"...she gave me a kinda 'oh ur rude' face, but was like 'painting apparently' then my boss interrupted and told me to put up a stocking too. so I went and got one...and went back to this girl and was like "I have no creativity, I'll pay u to decorate my stocking" she was like "sure, I'll do it for free, then she was like OMG I'm so sorry I don't know ur name" and we conversed for a few more seconds until more people came around and it was kinda hard to escalate.

ANYWAY...WHERE TO NOW??? I"M AFRAID SHE IS ONE OF THOSE GIRLS WHO IS SUPER FRIENDLY WITH ALL GUYS, BUT WILL SAY SHE DOESNT WANT A RELATIONSHIP ETC....

ANY TIPS of how to go further with this?

If you are a noob why are you messing around with a girl at work? Its fine if you don't want to be fired and its fine if you have enough game to play it right but you need to approach chicks you don't know while at your level.

its like non ongoing temporary work...so neither of us a guaranteed to stay there long

just ask her out for coffee at lunch or something, your probably right, shes likely just being friendly but you can try.
