I called this chick, she didn't answer so i left a vociemail, its been 24 hours.
We were texting before a little bit.
If she calls back today or tommorow what should i do?
If i accidentally ran into her what should i do? Will you confront her for flaking?

Never confront a girl on flaking, be nonchalant. Sometimes people are just busy, I give a girl every reasonable excuse before writing her off. But, if she doesn't call back who cares with so many more women out there.

freeze out, text her in a week like nothing happened and you were busy, if you can reengage great, if not move on.

Confronting is good, but confronting about flaking is just whinging to them.

It's like saying "Why didn't you do this, i was relying on you, boo hoo"

This can't be attractive in anyway.

If a girl flakes too many times, you can confront her, call her out on her shit. But then, you have to cut her off for couple of weeks, then re engage like nothing happened.

play it by ear, don't have set rules of what you can tolerate and what you don't tolerate.

I kind of disagree. I like to call girls out on flaking. I also like to remind them that I have plenty of options and if I'm gonna earmark time for them and their gonna flake, then I'm not gonna earmark time for them anymore.
The thing is, they know I do have options. They respect me for not taking their shit and even if I lose them in the short term, in the long term, I have set a rule that if they break, they lose the opportunity to hang out with me.

Women know that guys are desperate for their attention so the best way to counter it is to not be.

I'll straight up tell them, "I don't play that shit. Go be flaky somewhere else..." Then I shut the door on them.
It's not that I'm pussy hurt, I just command respect or I move on. And yes, I do lose a lot of girls like this, especially in the short term, but it also seems like it actually escalates the long term attraction and they always reappear and behave with proper actions/reactions...

But a lot of times they piss me off so bad by the time they do come back around, I don't even care about them, which only makes me more intriguing and desirable to them.

Remember, the less you want them, the more they want you.

You didn't build enough comfort with the girl. She thinks that your only calling her to make out this time, then maybe next time after that she'd think you want to go even further. Comfort man

just call her again tonight, its just one missed phone call.. I don't get why you guys stress over such little things. It's a MISSED PHONE CALL.. Thats its, no ones gonna die, the world will keep spinning. Nothing has to be done about this, just call her again.

What i am going to do is to call her again tomorrow
if she doesn't returns the calls or texts me back....thats it she is done

So wait if a girl doesn't call you back within 24 hours she is a flake? lol. Hasn't anyone thought that she may just have a life and has not been able to call the op back? It does happen you know. As far as what to do, I say wait another day, call her (up to you to leave a message or not) and then if she calls great if not delete her number.

I disagree building comfort before attraction comes off as try hard. You should be pumping up attraction which is best done in person.
I wouldn't do that, again coming off as needy and try hard to a chick that just flaked is reenforcing her frame that shes controlling of the interaction, which is inherently unattractive.
