'The Rules of the Game: The Stylelife Challenge and the Style Diaries' By Style is pretty much exactly what you are looking for here.
It is an exact plan/guide to getting started with PU. The book is split into chapters with a different chapter for each day of the month. Every chapter/day gives some great tips and material then a set of tasks to go out and physically do each day.
The great thing about it is it really does start at the beginning helping you with AA and social anxiety and slowly builds up your confidence and skills over the month.
I started with this and it helped me so much.
