This girl is my recruiter and we been talking through the whole time, like 2 months from now. we met at a party hosted by the company and than she took me to lunch, as a company gesture. She seems cool and she dresses up nice and acts like high class chick( i really don't care about this part).

while on the lunch we talked and she asked me whether i like football, i said yeah, she says if there is another game would you like to go, i said yes and she says i will find out the tickets and let you know. in the mean while i spoke to her few times, called her on cell phone, she picks and she talks regular normal stuff like about how was my week end and other stuff. she even started texting me.

I noticed she pulls back some times, like not getting back to me soon after the email or phone call.

I am going to see a game with her in few days, I like this girl. How can i pull this off. she seems like an LTR material.

From you story its hard to tell if she is just being friendly or if shes interested in you.. However, that doesn't mean much because that attraction can easily be created the day of the game and via some flirty phone conversations before the game.
