What about this : you're in a bar drinking coffe with friends (i'm in college and this is how you can open during day)....

ME (before you approach it's better that you had some eye contact with girl when you've been still sitting with your friends, you smile to her etc... and then walk to her - she will usualy also be with her friend ): is this chair free ?
HER or HER FRIEND : yes (something like that)
ME : (just sit down and don't say anything - look at her and her friend and you just slowly smile more and more. At this point you all should be laughing and you didn't even introduce yourself)

then it could happen that she or her friend will ask you your name ( IOI ) if not just introduce yourself and make sure you do light KINO through all conversation at this point on. If you're in college you ask her what's her major and make a funny statement about it ( if she studies economics you ask her : oh, so you're the one who will save us from recesion ? ) but make sure that you lead the conversation away from this topics as soon as possible becouse they are boring.
