It's now Saturday afternoon. I met a girl on Wednesday night, talked to her for about 10 minutes, got her number. I texted her with playful crap about 2 times, then asked her if she wanted to hang out on the weekend. She responded a big text that pretty much said "maybe, i may have to work, ill let you know"

So i didn't respond, and waited until this morning to call her. She didn't answer, later texted back saying "sorry, i didn't have my phone on me, i've been really busy blah blah(flaking), what is there to talk about anyway?" I respond back saying "asking you to do something before the end of the weekend, so are you keen?"

See all i'm doing is pushing the fact that she has to either say yes or no to me and not maybe. I'm being very direct, but I'm not attached to the outcome.

So being this direct may come across as too eager, but i feel being direct is very natural for me. I'm not going to say something else because of the concern of coming across to eager. I'm still going to be direct.

What do you guys think about my approach?
