How do mPUAs handle achievements?

Hey guys, I got a huge question. How do master pickup artists like Mystery or Sinn handle their achievements? I mean they successfully picked up many many girls, but then what did they do with such a large number of girls? Did they have sex with them several times then left? And do they keep many girlfriends simultaneously?
