Here it is for a 2-5 set of all girls maybe a guy:

me:So can i get your opinion?
them:Sure why not
me:Based on my appearance, whats ur first impression of me. like what do you think i'm like or my hobbies.
Them: umm blah blah blah
Me: thats cool cuz thats what i do.
Them: what about me?
Me: youre cute what are your hobbies
blah blah blah blah. number close.

I wanna think of my own so its more natural you know but i want some feedback before i field test or if anyone tried anything similar. thanks guys.
