Not a problem! It needs to be said and beat over the heads of every new guy that walks in those proverbial doors. This stuff isn't easy. There is no quick fix that we can promise anyone. There is only hard work!

As the US Navy SEALS would say, "The only easy day was yesterday!"

Been around the world twice, Talked to everyone once...

This is something I've spent a lot of time thinking about when I was a musician, when I learned how to dj, and with learning how to meet women... what does it take to get good?

When I learned how to DJ, I was working 20-30 hours a week. I saw a complete transformation over a year. I had some nice results after 3 months, and I would say I was pretty "good" after 6 months. I'm working on a different skill right now, just to see if the 20-30 hours a week thing works across the board. More on that in 3 months.

I can only imagine how things would be with women if I put in that kind of time for 3-6 months. I've been studying this stuff for 6 years, and I've gotten some pretty cool results, but I would say that I'm not the greatest at cold approach.

The problem is that we want to get good without putting in the time. We want a shortcut to success when really, there is no shortcut.

The posts on doing pickup in a small town are ones that interest me as well. I live in a town of about 100,000. It's a college town, and I work in one of the bars in town. I see the same girls almost every night. I also see a ton of "creepers" every night. And it keeps me from doing cold approaches because of it.
