I'm working on an electronics factory making some money to start studying ,
I'm 21 and my manager is a hot 26 yo girl.
Last couple of days I've made a really good progress - Kino ofc negging and were going out for smokes together laughing and there's attraction. and everything is nice BUT, i don't know how and if should I invite her to meet outside of work. and If should i do this, cuz she's My manager. and It would be weird. at least i think so.
I don't know what to do.

I wouldn't advise it, thats a huge red zone.. When things don't work out, and they probably won't due to the circumstances you will be out of a job.

I've done it and learned my lesson..

i would think u go for it unless your afraid of loosing your job , if u pick her up the perfect way and make her fall in love dont worry about your job she needs to see you as HER manager instead of something else U need to be in control

I'd save that kind of risk for a better economy. It's not worth the risk, IMO.

This would fall under the take care of yourself first rule, for me. There's no way i'd risk my income for any HB. ...Been there and the fallout is gnarly.

There's plenty of others. If you're having fun, keep it flirty, but i wouldn't cross the line. Having a flirty, female friend is amazing for your confidence. Take the iniciative to put her in "friendsville" and see how fast she hooks you up with one of her friends.
