ok so i am good at approaching and everything (not that im good but at least i try) WHEN I got some mates with me BUT when im alone its a different story i can't even approach any advice

Newbie mission (go out solo and say hi to some girls). see link at bottom for info.
After that then work your way up to approaching girls for longer and longer. If you try and do it all at once it will be really hard. But if you break it down into multiple steps and work on one step at a time, then it becomes amazingly easy.

being with wingmen is useful for many things:
DHV
social pressure, although you can go with 1 friend, you'll still feel the pressure and you'll aproach.
easier gaming.
if there are no girls, you won't be that bored.

i read a really cool thing about how to avoid and overcome aproach anxiety on Mystery Method, it says:
Give your wingman 200 dolars, and for every approach you make he'll give you 20.

do this, but alone. like for example i did this with a slight variation: "ok, if you dont approach a girl today, you won't eat eggs and you'll have to wait til dinner" i failed cause i'm shy as shit, but on saturday i'm going to the mall with friends to open girls.

Going out solo is better then rolling with group of guys. Last weekend, I was standing by myself by 4 other guys waiting for my friend to get my drink. 4 girls come up to me and open me rather then those guys.

This is common dude.. With your friends you have someone to fall back on.. When your alone its all on you.. I had the same issue for a while.

I will tell you, approaching with buddies around is doing very little to improve you game because it is easy... You have to force yourself to do what is most challenging to improve.
