What can i practice with this girls (all), now i am working on voice tonality, and always when i talk with this girls i slow down my voice etc...

Also in the verbal section is something women compliment me on a lot: rich vocabulary. Girls love it when I'm using common expressions in everyday life. They love it when I use unusual words.
In school you learn alot more words and expressions than you actually use in everyday life. Study them. Take a dictionnary and look certain words up.
I don't know if you watch Californication but Hank Moody uses words nobody else would use. It makes him stand out.

P-style's point on using expressions commonly ignored brings up a bigger point: you should focus on ENRICHING your life so you have a wider breadth of experience / knowledge to pull from. That includes
reading omnivorously
traveling whenever you can
getting out of your comfort zone
challenging yourself
learning new skills
exposing yourself to new material
among other things.
