I'm really opposed to gaming chicks that have a bf. It's lame and pointless. Trying to get a girl back you dumped and has moved on is plain rude.
That said was the advice I gave something anyone with more than two braincells can come up with.

But life is one big battle. The one day I's see a girl who is love at first sight I wouldn't care either if she has a boyfriend. I'd watch out for my personal mental health while doing it but I'd give it a go anyways.

This technique FEELS lame to me so I don't do this shit anymore, but this has worked for me in the past with girls I told to fuck off:

Text her up and tell her how much you miss her, and want to see her.

Do this until she agrees to meet up with you. Fuck her.

I've done this myself. You may need to add that you're seeing other girls.

Also, here's another shady (amoral?) tactic that I've made work: Invite her and her friend out.... fuck her FRIEND, and then watch what happens with your ex.

This probably won't work with all girls, but party girls with lots of options, yes. She will do anything to get you back in bed.
