the other night, girl asked me to say some funny story because conversation got awkward in a moment and she didn't want our chat to be done. (she was kinda interested in me that's why she didn't leave after awkward silence)

Your job is not to entertain a girl. Let's look at the real problem: you ran out of things to say. Guys run out of things to say when they dominate the conversation and talk twice as much as the girl does. So next time, let her talk about herself, and she will bring up new topics.

And when that ends, just pull her outta the bar. You should be establishing physicality from the moment you introduce yourself. By the time you run out of shit to say you should be kissing her.

I just wanna, a story is only funny when delivered the proper way, no one can type you a story and expect you to tell it in a funny way. You may just have to work on building your character buddy.

Agreed, agreed and agreed! Don't ever allow the girl to make you her
dancing monkey, you are there to talk to her, not to jump through
her hoops. You should have counteracted her command with
something funny or cocky like "My religion doesn't allow me to tell stories
on Tuesdays, tell me 3 interesting things about yourself
instead..." Done. She will then begin qualifying herself
by making her jump through your hoops, from there
you just dominate the frames and proceed forward.
As soon as you start becoming the dancing
monkey for the girl, your value decreases
and that's when she'll take advantage.
