Hello I am still very new to the PUA world so I apolgize if this question is noobish. I am going to a club on Saturday and I want to try to pickup there. I could really use some tips for openers and general advice.

Who are you going there with?
And when you say pickup, are you looking to just hook up with some chicks on the dfloor or actually chat to them outside or wherever?

I am going with a few friends for a bday celebration. There should be a few females in the group to balance it out and possibly add more value. I am looking to boost my skill with approaching. I am not expecting to get laid on my first try, it would be great if i did though. I have to kill my old attitude of hoping that women will approach me.

If you're looking to hook up with randoms at the club, eye contact is your first step. If you see them on the dfloor, at the bar, outside smoking - whatever, just make eye contact and smile. If they smile back, well that's your first step. On the dfloor the eye contact might be all you need to move in and start grinding and just go from there.
And if you're not sure if the girl you're dancing with is down, don't be afraid to just put your hands on her. If she reciprocates then you're good, if she moves away or takes your hands off then it just means you've wasted less time and can move on.
