I have had this ongoing flirty relationship with a girl for about 4 months. It has developed to us getting very close. When we met, I found out she had a boyfriend so I proceeded with caution. However, during the first couple months she went without telling me even though. Eventually I had to be the one that brought it up. Anyway, since then nothing really changed except we actually got closer and talked more and more. She still never talks about her relationship.

Anyway, this weekend we went out and had a fantastic night. At the end, we ended making out for the first time ever. I didn't f close, but honestly it was a lot more than just making out and she was into it a lot.

Now that a few days has passed she has completely backed off. She is still texting, but very little and when she does it's too the point without the normal flirty stuff. Anyway, common sense would tell me that she feels guilty and is trying to back off because she knows it will lead to trouble if we keeps on the way it has been going. I am trying to give her space now, but thought I would check if there is any advice on how to proceed.
