I try to do this but find it extremely hard because I can't actually tell when someone is inhaling/exhaling. Anyone good at this wanna help me out here?

Omg! are you talking about when talking to girls or sarging?

Why even focus on this? Seems like some "PUA GURU" ran out of things to add because everything is pretty much out there, so he added "mirror breathing pattern"

Just relax and have fun, everything else will follow.

Not really for girls, because I don't really think it'll make that much of a difference. I was thinking more like job interviews and just making connections with people you talk to on a daily basis.
