So this girl that I have known for around 2 years starts talking to me on msn yesterday. We talk every once in a while (nothing serious just friendly talk) and this was the first time in around 4 months that we talked. We used to go to the same highschool but we now go to different colleges and she currently has a boyfriend.

At one point she goes:

Her: I wanna tell you something really weird but you can't tell anyone.
Me: Ok i wont tell anyone
Her: But you're gonna think im retarded
Me: I promise I won't think you're retarded
Her: Ok, well I had a dream about you. I was sleeping and you came into my room and woke me up and you were gonna take off my blankets so i can get up and get ready. And im like no im not wearing any pants and you said i dont care. Then you picked me up (you know how a groom carries the bride?) and then made me stand like you put me down and were like ok get ready. I think we were dating cause you kissed me on the cheak too i dunno it was really fken random.
Me: Everyone has crazy/weird dreams every once in a while its normal to have them
Her: Ya lmao. You had to be there it was a really cute dream.

So that's about it. We then just proceeded to talk about dreams and how they're supposed to have meaning.

What would you guys do? Just ignore this and move on or continue to engage in conversation?
