food really has nothing to do with pickup....
BUT
if you read my whole post, it is saying that an allergy to bread/dairy (which is extremely common in america and almost no one knows about it) cause you to be an afc mentally. As in, all the antisocial behavior, the difficult to speak and putting words together, the depression, and unmotivation. This symptoms are related to pick up and you can cure them all with a diet, making pick up 90% easier...you still need to change your fucked up beliefs about women/society/etc.

I really can't say what westron price foundation teaches BUT after 4 years of my own research I came to the conclusion that ALMOST everything about diet that they teach in colleges/institutes is bullshit....
Second, with my research I discovered THAT all past civilization had and almost vegan diet, with their staple food being a starchy item. The rich (pharaohs, kings, etc) did have the pleasure to afford meat, a lot of dairy, etc and because of that they usually diet a lot younger than the population they rules. The aztecs diet was bases mostly on corn and beans (which corn IS a grain and was the staple starchy item and beans is a legume) the rest of the aztec diet was ALOT of squash, and SOME meat...like they ate it ONCE a month. The rest of latino america consisted of the same diet but instead of corn they use POTATO as their staple food (Vegetable). Egypt/Rome diet starchy item was BREAD (gluten). the rest of the diet was the same (meat once a month and also dairy....well really scientist can't say how often they had milk, they just know the made it...and as far as rome, they know of their diet based on one book written by one person) Asian starchy item was rice (grain) the rest of asians diet was vegetables...meat was RARE.
Now, with that in mind, I said to AVOID all grain! why, if older civilizations ate BREAD/MILK? First, as far as milk, they had in RARELY as in once a month. Second, I said people from HISPANIC decent and european (as in poland, spain) SHOULD avoid all grains since their ancestors are mostly corn and potatoes (poland ireland staple food was potatoes, not bread). But why corn? just to be 100% safe, after the 10 DAY you can see if you can handle CORN.
Also, as far taking all those test by doctors, I say DONT DO IT. Why? because first they are EXPENSIVE. Second, because with this 10 DAYS TRIAL you can see if it makes any difference. IF it does, feel free to take as many tests as you want (although everything you need can be research freely on the internet, watch out for fake sources). Thirst, this is just a 10 DAY TRIAL, there is NO WAY in hell you will diet. it takes a human 60 days without food to die (if they drink water)....so you will be fiiiiiinnnneeeee. don't trip.
Again, DWayne, not being an asshole but my research tells me that you are wrong. I love to see where you're coming from so I can understand why you're making those statements. Maybe you can teach me something
