I am currently in my early thirties attending college and am in a challenging science class where I was recently paired with a girl to work on a project. We've already spent about 8 hours in the past few days working on it and will have to spend another few days working on another problem in a few weeks. I like this girl a lot and under normal circumstances I would have asked her out by now, but I'm not 100% how to go about it in this circumstance because if I do something that makes her uncomfortable it's gonna be real f'in weird when we have to work together again soon. She seems to have interest in me, she plays with her hair a lot while were working, asks me a lot of questions and tells me that I explain things better than the prof. Also when we communicate by email and text regarding our work she will sometimes put an "!" after what she writes. Do you guys think it would be wise to make a move? Also I should mention shes a good ten years younger than me.

But iafter time if she will be your girlfriend, and then when you finish relationship with her, then will be dificult to hang out with her. The dinamics will change.

If you fail, at any point in the process from picking up to maintaining a relationship, make sure you don't make things awkward. I don't believe you can just be friends with an ex, but saying hi and having some chit-chat with her even if you fail should be no problem.
Besides, what would you regret more, fucking it up or not making a move on what could possibly be your dreamgirl?
You'll regret a 100% of the shots you don't take, gonna make that my new signature.
