Walking Behind Girl(s) Opening/Approach Help

Many times I've seen a girl or a 2 set walking infront of me. For starters, if they see me and then somehow i begin to talk to them walking i might seem like a stalker. What's a good way to open if they are walking in the same direction infront of you?

I learnt this from daygame.com

If they are walking in front of you and going the same way e.g.. with their backs to you, you need to jog, not sprint, around them and then face them and deleiver your opener. It's a bit hard to explain but it's very simple. Never approach from behind, it's just weird and you'll scare the girl
