| Last night I was invited to a friends party, it was to become one of the more eventful nights of my life.
The night started at a firework display, with a small group of friends, the host and his girlfriend had a huge arguement and broke up there and then, so after getting through that awkwardness we headed back to his house to begin the party, more and more people turned up, unfortunately, there was only ONE single girl at the party, so of course, she was the target, though by the time she had arrived I had become rather drunk and my game had gone completely out of the window, I had reverted back to AFC, I know that's what happened so when she rejected my advances to kiss her, I wasn't bothered, I knew it was because I was drunk and hadn't properly run game on her.
Anyway, before that, I was the life of the party, walking around hugging people, making friends, generally just social proofing myself, having fun and not caring too much. All the girls seemed to like me, and instead of calling me by my actual name, were calling me "Enrique" because apparently I look like the singer Enrique Inglesias (I don't at all, but still, not the worst guy to be compared to) even the guys were in on it, which was fine, it was all fun and the banter was back and fourth.
Then I got talking to these two girls, mostly about a snake someone had brought to the party, no idea why, but we were holding it and just having general conversation, I threw in a couple of negs, kinoed a little, they both had boyfriends at the party, but hey, no harm in a little neg and kino practice. Then this smoking hot HB9 came in and joined the conversation, I knew she had a boyfriend and I knew her boyfriend was at the party, but she told me that she was single, so, I took this as a massive IOI and if her boyfriend and her brother, as it turned out, hadn't been at the party, she would have been mine.
All in all. It was a fun night. Things I learned are
1. Getting drunk ruins your game
2. Rejection doesn't matter, as long as you're enjoying yourself
3. If you walk around having fun and talking to people, you will set out a good vibe.
