Hi!

So i have this ex-girlfriend. We broke up when she moved to a city far away. To get over her, I haven't made contact for almost 6 weeks. She had some things that were mine, and today I got a text telling me her girlfriend had visited her, and she had sent the items with her, so I could just pick it up at her place.

My question is how I should respond to this text. I want this girl back, and she is probably moving back this christmas or at least during next spring. I have told her that it was no hurry to give back my things, but she said in the text she "wanted me to have the possibility to get it when I wanted it". One detail is she has left my sweater smelling strongly of her perfume. Could that be a sign she wants me back? It seems like she deliberately made it smell quite a lot of her.




Thanks for any tips. lovely girl, first of last 50 of which I avtually wanted a relationship with! I'm having no trouble with getting laid, but the relationship thing isn't my thing. So help is much appreciated!!

Oneitis all over. She's torturing you and you're still trying to get back to her. It's difficult, I know, but sometimes it's good to let it go for a bit. Good that you stayed away from her without making contact, but if she's sending your stuff with other person (to avoid you) that's a pretty strong sign that it might be time to move on.

Wash that sweater, distract your mind, and let things be.

Giving you advice to get her back is not the best idea in this case (in my humble opinion). Also, I think that you might be seeing things from an optimistic side so be more objective and realistic.
