Depends how far along was he into the set? If he's within his first 2-3 minutes he's pretty well toast cause he hasn't locked in to the set yet, and at that point any interruption is pretty much a death sentence.
If he's further along into the set then I might say a variety of things. "Ladies don't be rude like he was, introduce me to your friend." By having them introduce you he'll get the since you're accepted by the group. He doesn't have to like it but he's gonna have to deal with it. Then from there I'd do what I could to befriend the guy, disqualify myself, and go back to my material with them.
Then again, sometimes it's easier to just move on.
