Ok, I'm having this problem. I went out with my friends on Friday and I saw a couple girls who were alone at the bar. I couldn't think of any opener to use. 2 and 3-sets weren't a problem, I was able to go in with different routines but when it came to single girls, I just couldn't think of what to say.

If you see a girl alone at the bar or club, what way would you use to open her?

I would go direct and comment on something about her.

Lonely chicks are the easiest, they have nothing to do and are waiting for you to talk to them.

Usually I say: "Why so lonely? Nobody wants to talk to you?" (alpha male)

or: "Ahhh, what are you doing so lonely?" (like youre helping a little girl)

Ofcourse some hot girls just want the attention, cause more men dare to approach her when she's alone, and is just waiting for the right guy to come and talk to her. As for the others, nice try.

Go with:

"Waiting for your friends?"

She says yes.

You say: "Cool, I'll keep you company. What's your name?"

Then a compliment that's specific. This is one of the few situations where it's good to be a nice guy. Because she's feeling very anxious about being by herself she'll be grateful to anyone who puts her at ease. But only up to a point. After you've established rapport, break it so that there's tension. I'm talking within the first two minutes, because her friends are liable to show up and completely change the dynamic.

The other upside of this is that maybe she has cute friends she'll introduce you to when they arrive.

The solo woman is a fun one.


She doesn't have to worry about being thought of as a slut by her friends... they aren't there. You can take her to a new location much more easily since she is making the decisions for herself (as opposed to needing the consensus of the rest).


And if she is out alone you know she's lonely and likely looking for some company.



I love to go out Solo. It's more fun that way I find. I have much less AA when I work at my pace. And I can switch bars on a whim.
