Your smile isn't good. It looks quite AFC and extremely forced. When you don't feel like laughing, don't. In general it's a good advice to laugh less.
Your hairstyle is ok but nothing more. It's very average. When you want to stand out you can for example grow your hear until it's like the length of gambler. As it looks thick to me it will work on you and will suit your chin better. Grow a beard and only trim it once a week. (no shaving, just trimming) Your biggest problem is that your eyebrows are to thick. I'd do something about it.
Your clothing is ok. A little stiffy but ok.
And lean back.
My personal tricks to look better on photo:
1. I don't smile. I don't. (Yeah sometimes I do. But my best pictures are the ones on which I do not smile.)
2. I'll close my eyes just a tiny little. Just enough for people to feel it.
3. I'll stare right trough the lense.
4. A little tilt sideways and a little tilt downwards (never upwards).
5. I'll think about either power or sex.
My former girlfriend also teached me to point the eyes down until just before the photographer clicks and at the spot on moment you stare blank into the camera. But that creates a more vulnarable effect. Which is cool if thats the aura you want to have.
If you want to see what I mean:

1. He doesn't smile.
2. little closure of the eyes.
3. Deep powerful stare.
4. Tilt downwards and sideways.
5. His look is a little sex, a little power and even some vulnarability.
If you want to improve the way you look on photo:
take loads of pictures of yourself from different angles and try out various poses until you find the right attitude.
BTW I like this topic far better than all those 'what did I do wrong' topics. As 90% of general perception is body language there's a lot to learn from photos. Maby we should me a general rate me topic or something.
