I don't know where you're planning to game them so i'll assume at a party or bar/ club.

Game all of them, and when you're getting obvious IOI's from one or even more of them try to isolate them and go for it.

If you end up isolating two of them then ask them how good they think they are at kissing. When they say they have no idea tell them you'll find, if they say they are good or bad then tell them "I'll be the judge of that" and go to kiss the one who you think is the most attracted to you. After that you should turn to the other one and say "okay, your turn" as you go straight for the kiss. Like literally say it while you're moving in for it. Because you already kissed her friend in a casual playful way then she'll feel safe doing the same.

From her you can do Push/ Pull with both of them for the rest of the night very easily, and because you already kissed them they'll be much more forward with you. It shouldn't be too hard to ask one of them to come back with you at this point, go for the one you're most attracted to. Or alternatively you could dive in the deep end and ask them both to come back with you. I personally like this line.

"Hey what are you/ you guys doing once this plays dies out? Fancy coming back to mine for a few more drinks?"

They know exactly what they're going back to yours for but as a safety precaution in their own head they can tell themselves that it's just for drinks. Trust me, as soon as they say yes or no then they know exactly what they're getting into or turning down.

EDIT: I didn't read the bit about you getting them to your room already. Sorry about that. I still think it would be easier at a party or something if you want to get with more than one of them. Or y'know you could just ask the one you're most attracted to if she wants to hang at some point and watch a movie at yours or something. That would be FAR simpler.

I don't want just one, if I did it would be done already.... how do i sleep with girls at a party? I'm planning just to get them drunk and start kissing them but they don't drink much so it's hard.

You should keep doing what you are doing. Be the fun amazing guy. I don't think you should hit on any of them. But if you feel the need to hook up then get with another girl like at a party or bar. If you are fun they won't care if you hook up with strangers. They might even help you by being a DHV.
