Even if this thread would make limited believes, I don't care. This topic is fun. It's fun to discuss about women all over the world: their differences and similarities, even though subjective.
And btw, I do not agree with most of your post. If you believe that every behavior is nature (=> human instincts) then you're just seeing one part of the story. Ofcourse, sexual drive is a human instinct and eye contact is a flirting technique which is done all over the world. But overlooking the nurture part of it is stupid.
For example: in different countries different things are appropriate. While it may be normal to touch (or kino, for those who like pua terms) alot in your country, it might be rude or very weird to do it in an other country.
I've even red about this research, which says that in England, when a man and a woman are flirting, they touch like between 0 - 20 times in 2 hours, while crossing the channel in Paris, man and women touch each other 100-200 times in 2 hours.
This is just one survey so it doesn't mean that it's the absolute truth, but it shows clearly the cultural differences in terms of flirting.
In the same research, the results showed that southern european men were the most desired. The Dutch were, according to the article, the least desired because they drank first alot before they dare to approach girls (dutch courage. I'm dutch myself so it's no offence). The only country where the Dutch were significantly wanted by women was Finland.
