Every once in a while, I will hear an aspiring Romeo declare that he loves his girlfriend, but... (Usually, the declaration is followed by some qualifying statement or a wish that she'd shape up in some way.)

For those of you who choose to express love, what do you MEAN when you say it. It's a loaded word and I think that people assume the meaning is self-evident. I doubt it's half as obvious as people think. I'll start.

When I say "love," I mean a completely voluntary decision to treat another person's wellbeing as holding importance to me greater than or equal to my own wellbeing. This decision is accompanied by feelings of intense affection, admiration, and gratitude.

Interesting post.

For me i have chosen to tell my girlfriend i love her. What I mean is i value her happiness as equal to my own, i want to spend as much of my time as possible with her and to involve her in my life. I have intense feelings of affection, desire and care towards her and have no desire for other girls. i see and accept her failings and trust her to see mine and accept them. I trust her.

Nice post dear,But i have no trust on love.In this word 30% people do true love and 70% people have just time pass.
Every person have different nature and mind.
