DHV and beating down the other alpha males. How to?

I'm pretty good at being the Alpha, but there are just too many times I'm trumped by someone with better game and higher values and all I can do is go, 'Damn..'

How do I take out alpha males and increase my DHV's?

You can't. But exercise and you might have better game which will ensure you that girls will keep their focus on you and not on the second guy.
