So i have this issue

Theres this guy i know whos very alpha, army guy type person i see on a daily baisis and he starts giving me shit on the basis im weak. About me: I'm 5ft3in and an ethnic minority in this country. I by no means am the introvert type of person to keep quiet whenever he talks to me, being in the game for a while ive become witty and use my mouth to my advantage but its come to the point where as a last resort he shuts me down through physically disabling me (Twisting my arm, pretty much just before breaking any bones). It especially becomes worse when there are women present.

I have no problem with vocal banter, i can handle myself but when it comes the physical demonstration of my weakness, then im fucked.

How would i disarm an Alpha male like this?

I'm not an expert by any means, but I've had a bit of a similar problem. In high school, there was this guy who used to give me crap all of the time for no apparent reason. I was a quiet guy, so I tried to brush it off of my shoulder at first, and then it got worse. I started arguing back with him, until eventually he challenged me physically in front of a lot of people (friends and strangers). He was clearly superior in the physical department, so I didn't stand a chance.

Then, one day, I had about enough. I planned it in my head all day. I waited until I knew the guy was about to challenge me again. However, this time, instead of waiting for the physical aspect of his torment to begin, I threw a punch as hard as I could into the bridge of his nose. Surprised the hell out of him, and he fell to his knees in front of everyone. I hit him again across the face and walked off. Didn't say a word to him. He didn't bother me again.

I'm not telling you to do that exact thing. But surprise the guy. Catch him off guard, and establish your dominance in whatever way you can. That's my advice.

ok bro to me theres 2 kinds of alphas, theres the alpha thats chill n knows what he is, then theres the dickhead alpha thats gotta mess with everyone else to make himself feel "more alpha".. to me the 2nd kind aint a alpha hes a bitch with low self esteem and a high ego.

and on that note the other night this 300lb 6+ foot "alpha" was messin with me (im 5'8 150lbs) and another guy, afc low self esteem, shy, weak, yall get the drift...

well tryin to scare us with fear of hittin us in the nuts n dumb shit like that he came to me n was messin with me puts me ina choke hold,, so me n him were wrestelin around, he was tryin some dumb mma shit on me i would slip out n counter. we went for about 5 mins i showed him i wasnt a pussy n he didnt mess with me, he respected me more cuz the majority of guys that hes friends with are scared.. we werent fighting out of anger he was testing me n i was provin i aint scared. so to sum it all up even if ya know your guna loose dont be a pussy!

if he twists ur arm say is that all ya got, lets wrestle or some shit.. put his ass in a choke hold or punch his ass in the mouth

what does being a minority have to do with anything? will the national authorities beat you if you insult a native?
