so here's what happened.

I had kissed this girl before, and I thought she liked me alot. we were kinda distant for like 1 week, and didn't talk much, and then the next week we talked more. I set up a time to meet, and I was bringing a buddy to come and hang out with her and her friends. When the time came, she wasn't there. I called her but it went directly to voice mail. like 30-45 minutes later, she texts me saying that her phone ran out of battery, and she had no way of contacting me and she just got back from where we were supposed to meet. i was kinda angry, so I just texted back "K." she started apologizing alot more, and talked about how she would "make it up to me next time " She could've come to the meeting place if she wanted to tho, she lived very close by and could have taken the bus if she really wanted to. idk. is this just a case of screwed up logistics? or is she just not attracted anymore?

-also, she "really wants to do it next weekend" and idk whether or not to do it. so my 2 questions.
-Logistics or Rejection?
-Should I try again?

Try again. One way or the other you'll know where she stands trying to meet her again. Sometimes variables in life happen... cell phones die and other stuff. Give her the benefit of the doubt this one time and meet up with her.

Im not discounting what Jsmooth said but I would say she certainly flaked on you, and her excuse was bullshit.

The good news is you responded very well with the ambiguous and non-needy "K". Most AFC's would have killed their chances by getting mad or being overly accepting of her misbehavior.

So yes, she is flakey but shes also at least somewhat interested in you given then verbosity of her bullshit excuse. So pursue, but make sure you let her know you are not the kind of guy that normally accepts flakes.

I agree with these guys. Don't be mad or anything like that, just if she does it again next her.
