a year ago, i said something to 10 girls during the day outside, and they all got scared and creeped out!! now a year later, i dont go up to girls and talk to them - that creeps them out a lot in itself - but i just smile and say hi how are you to women i happen to walk by, stand in line with, be at a dance class with, who sit near me at the coffee shop. DO NOT believe the pick up artist propaganda that says if you do a 1000 cold approaches on the street you will get better. you might actually get worse, because when you 900 women get scared and act like you are scary and undesirable, you will lose confidence and you will start to believe that you are scary and undesirable. stop this stupid cold approaches crap and dont bea loser who goes to bars or nights clubs to get rejected/be miserable alone/hook up with a night stand. you need to develop confidence in groups and you need to develop your social skills. dress up regularly. go to dance classes, or some events where you can chat with people who are there naturally. smile and say hi. you will learn the hang of talking to people. then you can experiment with giving compliments and flirting with women. thats why i say social dancing and dance lessons, because social dancing is one big flirt fest and you can take the flirting and tlaking to strangers skills to your day game. day game will NOT teach you the skills to be pleasant, to smile, to not FEEL needy or desperate, to talk better and connect with people. if you GET A LIFE the strangers you game will pick up that you HAVE A LIFE and they will start chasing you a little. if you learn to flirt with women a little and you dress up you will discvoer there's single girls everywhere.. it's like an insider's game - the depressed/lonely people who dont go out, think negative and dont dress up and dont flirt and dont have a life, they often dont even recognize that someone is flirting and might be interested in them..

THERE ARE TIMES WHEN YOU CAN APPROACH AND THERE ARE TIMES WHEN YOU CANNOT BECAUSE THAT IS TOO SCARY FOR THE PERSON. in general, do not approach on the train or at a bar or night club or stop someone walking on the street. these are just scary for people being approached.

This has got to be THE WORST advice to give to
someone starting out honestly. Dude, if you don't cold approach how the fuck
do you expect to get any better or improve
yourself in any way? And who are you
to say that cold approaching might
actually make a person worse?

before? I don't know if
you know about a
thing called
S.D (Systematic Desentisation),
it states that the more a person
is exposed to something like a fear
or a phobia over and over again
that person will eventually
become less desensitized
over a period of time
and will no longer
have a fear over
what he/she
once had
before.
It's the EXACT same principle in
learning game on cold approaching people,
you go out and you push yourself to embrace
that fear of walking up to a stranger and starting
a random conversation and eventually overtime (you
will not get worse trust me) you get better and the fear will just
go away as if it never existed! Every single pickup
artist says there is no other way to
get better at something other
than getting off you're ass
and pushing past your
own barriers and
seeing what
you are

good at this you will

out there and you take what you've learned
and you put it into practice. There is no

own game if they never go to a bar, club,

to approach people? By limiting

Day game DOES in fact teach you to pleasant to people
as it engages you to smile at you're target in order
for them to feel that you're non threatening

advice is to turf it cause it's not

already I am seeing
myself become more confident
the more I connect with people I don't
even know.

You say others get scare of you, hmmm...I remember this movie (I forgot the title) that I watched online via Fast-Debrid, just like in that movie, perhaps it's in the wat you stare at girls. Some girls feel like guys look at them like a scanner --- from head to toe. Some girls or most girls get creeped out by that.

When you show interest girls that aren't interested will get scared/creeped out, whereas the girls that are interested will love it. That's all it is. The girls that are smiling back at you are interested, the girls that are scared just don't like you. Who cares? Approach the girls that smile back at you and forget the others.

you get better by taking dance classes and flirting with the girls you dance...
you get better by going to a pick up game of soccer/frisbee/basketball/whatever and smiling and saying hi how are you to people there...
you get better by going to events and groups and places where you are uncomfortable and trying to say hi and make small talk with people there.. you learn to desensitize yourself to being around people, doing something brave and being new.. same principle as when going to bars or cold approaching on the street/mall/train, except the people, including the girls, react positively to you and dont get creeped out as much, so you gain confidence...
in the end, you've made a life out of going to events and taking dance classes or playing a sport or going to some hobby event regularly, you can feel good about it, and the girls you approach will see that you have a life that they can be attracted... im just talking about the negative effect of cold approaching it can get people down and there is not much to learn because the people you talk to most of the time do not really talk with you or flirt with you so you dont get much experience..

BUT if we combined your opinion and mine it would sound like this:

Friday and Saturday go out and hit on girls in bars and night clubs...
Sunday go to a soccer game and make male and female friends there, you will have fun, feel good and happy after the sport and you will get invited to BBQ and birthday parties of ppl who go there if you go regularly and there will be girls at those parties who will immediately trust you because her friends at the party know you...
Monday/Tue/Wed go take a dance class, learn to dance so you can lead girls in a dance and make them feel pretty, you can have fun, you learn a skill, you can gain confidence to go solo on the dance floor and start dance parties at the bars and night clubs you go to.. you have no idea how going solo at a bar or a dance makes everyone notice me.. only problem is i have terrible social anxiety and poor social skills, so i dont make much of that attention, but still..
Thursday you launder and iron all the pimp clothes you wear the rest of the week.. the key to your success is to dress the fuck up and be clean and have perfect hygiene..

and when you cold approach the girls on the train and mall, you will be dressed up and you can casually mention that you take a dance class/play soccer/frisbee/go to art class/etc, and that alone will dhv you and make them more interested and trusting to you..
