Hey guys, need some help here.

Quick background:

We go to the same college, only I'm in my 2nd year and she's in her 3rd ( one year older than me). She seemed interesting to me, so I started gaming her about 1 week ago.

She also seemed interested in me, so this past night I tried going for the kiss-close.
After a failed attempt ( which was a technique I used in the past with tremendous sucess) I kept talking to her until I finally got close enough to her lips to kiss her.

It only lasted about 1,5 seconds, and afterwards we went home. I tried to go again for the goodbye kiss, but she just gave the ol' kiss in the cheek.

From her reaction, what do you guys think she's thinking? I mean, I'm definitly trying to make her my girlfriend ( she not only goes to the same college, but also she's from my hometown). Did I try too hard? How do I proceed now?

C'mon guys, need some help... in about two hours going out, I expect to see her and go talk to her again.

I just fear her reaction might not be the best... any advice to soften the blow?
