how to stay in the moment?

Usually me and her would be having fun,laughing and im bustin on her,etc but there always comes a point where i get stuck in my head. Its random too, and usually because of this, any attraction ive built up goes down steadily,if not completely. I also seem to stay stuck on one topic ,and its hard for me to advance :( Its sucks missing perfect opportunities for any type of attraction building just cuz i was "thinking" about it,how do i solve this?
Im usually good with wordplay,its just that the moment i think "should i say this?" is when I mess up.

It's just like playing sports. If you're shooting a layup, don't overcomplicate it and think "I am going to put this ball in that basket, going to bounce it off this point on the board, this many steps to get there".

It won't be your last layup, and it won't be your last girl you talk to. Also, don't worry so much about segways. It's as much her responsibility as it is yours. Make her chase YOU! 8)

When you find yourself going into your head do something stupid. Scream "Suck a dick!" at the top of your voice. Ask your target a stupid question, "Do you like salad?! I love salad, LETTUCE!"

Get yourself present again and bring back the fun.
