How do you deal with a girl who plays a little hard to get or perhaps who wants the guy to put the effort in to prove they arent playing them? Obviously some scenarios are not ideal for a quick pu how do you move things along while showing you are genuinely interested and not playing a game?

Playing hard to get is a shit test like any other. She is trying to figure out how much effect will this shit test have on you. Will you act the same as you did before or will you act differently. If she actually says it verbally to you something like " o i am not so easy to get" you make fun it and reply " oh yeah I know. I can already imagine how I would have to buy a golden city full of diamonds to get you " (say it in a sarcastic way like your making fun of her) this will create huge attraction. Very few guys in her life ever told her that. Good luck!
