Question: How to deal with those that say that they're too busy

example

In a club I Closed number, few days latercalled her up. She was with a friend and the friend was cockblocking, so I asked what her Facebook was and started messaging.

In facebook I started casual, gradually making it clear what I want:
target: "hahahaha, you are pretty straight forward. I'm too busy this weekend with birthdays..."

wtf do I say to this? I came up with this:
me "Are you going to let me fish? Like you said, I'm pretty straight forward. So you tell me when you have time. Preferrably within 10 days due to the position of the moon"

I regret my entire message. Fishing, moon... I'm not sure what I was thinking

Four I don't see a reason you should regret anything you said. You said what you said and that's all don't think about whether it was good that you said it or bad. But getting to the answer to your question. The way to avoid such a thing is to let her know your busy first for example:

"Hey Jessica I am gona be busy this week I got mad crazy parties to attend to so I am not sure when I will have free time but IF I have free time I'll try to give you a call."

You see how different this is because what you're telling her is I am just as busy as you are but I still find you important and want to spend some time with you. In your case your were basically telling her that you have nothing to do anyways and want to spend time with her not because she's important to you but because you having nothing else to do. Hey fourNipples. For the future, try not to invite women out on weekends. Women are more eager to meet up with people during the week since there is less going on. Also, you won't be competing against her friends for her attention (which is a common case during weekends).

Also, remember that when women want something, they get it. Any woman saying she's too busy to meet up with you, is showing that she's not willing to make time to see you. For instance, if she had said the same, but had given you other days when she was free, it'd have been a different story. BUT, she didnt...

You might reconsider pursuing her...

Does this imply that I have to wait with asking her out? And then, lets say 2 days later, I call her up and ask her if she wants to do something? It sounds legit, since she will probably not tell me she's too busy. Or am I overanalyzing/talking shit?

Yes call her up later on. And say as follows " I finally got some free time from this crazy party week I had and I wanted to do (something both you and her like for example) painting with you. (Give her the reason why you want to do it) I didn't paint for such a long and kinda got some craving for it now. Would it be better we meet at noon or later on. etc...". It's really simple don't try to impress her be willing to walk away and don't over think. Keep me updated on what happens. Good luck!
