This story sucks to be honest and im really ashamed to even tell it. But here goes anyway.. Some help is always better then none i think

Anyway here goes, i met this girl, HB8 and fell in love with her. Problem is that after a while she didnt like me anymore (sounds all too familiair right).
Point being.. she goes on with her life, im a total trainwreck since im still in love (and having the feeling of getting a nervous break down).

Anybody has some nice words to say? Even a kick in the butt is good enough for me..

You are no different from many of the guys in here you dont have to be ashamed I passed the same shit believe me your story sounds really familiarly,but good for you, you found PUA in here you will find tools that will help getting a better one (yeah I know you are thinking she is special), and will help you maintain the next one, and become a more happier and more confident on your daily life.

Just like you I felt like a train wreck found a dead end, that girl was my live, but in the past few months you want to know what happen and will happen to you, I grew much stronger, ive become a better person. And happier. Just give time, in meantime I would advice going out with friends, doing a lot of exercises and eat healthy believe me it help you greatly.

I sympathise with your situation. You need to force yourself to meet more wemon. Read up on all the material you can.

Go on some dates....talk to as many wemon as possible. You'll only have oneitis until you meet someone your more attracted too.

Socialise and do the things that you like to do and work on yourself!!!

Best advise I can give is start living at the gym, it's the healthiest way to keep your mood high and your head occupied.


But most importantly, GO OUT AND MEET GIRLS!!!!

Ey guys thanks for the advice. IN the past few months i really changed a lot

New haircut, sunbanking, sporting 4 times a week, new clothes and asescoires and i have to say.. i look much better then i ever did before
So i wll continue with that plan and the suggestions you guys gave me.

Another problem though is im at a psychotherapist for eeh... avoidance personality syndrome, pathological perfectionism, low selfesteem and social fobia. If anyone is interested in hearing the full story, which i wont share here because of privacy, you can PM me But it sickens me to the fullest. Well at least i have help for that

A couple of months ago I was friend-zoned by an HB10, because my game was real bad back then I was too weak. I was devastated for a while and during this time I read the old maxim in the mystery method that said "Go and have sex with a dozen other women, and then see if she's still such a special little flower."

I thought that was misogynistic player talk at the time, but really is true. Ok, so I haven't slept with a dozen girls since then (I'm eleven short) I have got three numbers since then, two dates and I'm currently seeing a cute american student who's about an 8 and I feel totally fine and happy.
